Bhumia Ayurved products are formulated from traditional herbal ingredients and are generally well tolerated at the recommended dose. Some people notice mild digestive changes in the first few days as the body adjusts this usually settles on its own. Taking more than the recommended dose won't speed up results and isn't advised. Stop use and consult a doctor if you notice anything unusual.

Opened or used products can't be returned for hygiene reasons, but if a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
